Laun and fiance Sheila Akin, Lincoln; daughter-in-law, Carolyn Laun and fiance Bruce Town, Sachse, Texas; grandchildren: Jill Coltharp and husband Mark, Allen, Texas, Michael Laun and wife Jennifer, Rockwall, Texas, Jennifer Mau and husband Nick, Fairbury, Jessica Maas and husband Matt of Wilber; great grandchildren: Tyler, Connor, Lauren, Jackson and Ella Coltharp, Allen, Texas, Tenley and Evan Laun of Rockwall, Texas, Alexis and Tyce Mau, Fairbury, Nick Maas, Wilber; sisters-in-law: Enola Buzek, Lincoln, Evelyn Buzek, Crete.
Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday Farmer & Son Funeral Home-Kotas Chapel, Milligan. Joyce Heidelk officiating. Graveside services: Bohemian National Cemetery, Milligan. Visitation beginning Sunday from 1 p.m. to 8 p.m., with family to greet friends from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., Farmer & Son Funeral Home-Kotas Chapel, Milligan. - After their marriage they lived on a farm northeast of Milligan until June 1952, when they retired and moved into Milligan. There they operated the Fairmont Produce station until 1957. In January 1966 they celebrated their Golden Wedding anniversary and received 50 year pins from ZCBJ Lodge Svatopluk Cech #76. (Milligan, pp 230-231).
