  Notes	Cass City Chronicle Thursday, October 15, 1981 Page Nine Buehrly funeral Thursday Lawrence William Buehrly, 79, of Buehrly Road, Cass City, died suddenly Monday, at his home. He was born June 30, 1902, in Elkland Township, on the now centennial farm where he lived all his life, the son of Leonard and Catherine (Buerk) Buehrly. Buehrly married Ethel WHITE June 29, 1929, in Cass City. They made their home on the family farm. He was a member of Salem United Methodist church of Cass City, the Gleaners and the Tuscola County Farm Board. Buehrly is survived by his wife; one daughter, Esther BUEHRLY, Cass City; two sons, Donald BUEHRLY and Dale BUEHRLY, both of Cass City; one grandson, one granddaughter, and two great-grandsons. Three sisters and one brother preceded him in death. Buehrly will be taken from Little's Funeral Home at 11 a.m. Thursday to the Salem United Methodist church to lie in state until the 1 p.m. funeral service. Rev. Eldred Kelley will officiate. Burial will be in Elkland cemetery, Cass City. (Transcribed by Melinda McLemore Strong)
