- Per "Citizens Soldiers of Sabine County, Texas" by Robert McDaniel (Texian: 1992), Lester Fuller was a WWII veteran, and was discharged on October 25, 1945. His son reported that Lester used to enjoy hunting with his cousin Fred Oliphant when they were younger.
Per his granddaughter, Tracy Rice, Lester married Olga Tracy Maresh. They had two children, Patti Lynn and Lester Ray.

| Fuller General Store, ca 1925, Hemphill, Texas An inside view of Tom Fuller store's, which sold clothing and feed, and was located on the west side of the Sabine County Courthouse in Hemphill. It was next door to his brother Jim Fuller's Drug Store.
