- In the 1976 obituary of her brother, Rev. A. H. Fullen, she was listed as Mrs. Ruby Kraner of Hemphill.
According to the Social Security Death Index, her last place of residence was Shreveport, Louisiana.
In her weekly Sabine County Reporter column, "On the Bright Side", Mary Howell wrote that she remembered Pep and Ruby Paudert. "Pep made mattresses and operated the Hemphill Mattress Company. Ruby was the first Avon lady in Sabine County. " (Page 4, July 18, 2007)
