  Married: In her annotated transcription of the Mill Creek Cemetery, Kay Parker McCary shows that there is also a burial marker for" J. L. M.," who was said by Noble Terrence Smith to be a brother of his mother, Minnie Mozelle Smith. There are no dates, and his initials to not match the initials of their known children.
