Notes |
Married:
- Virgie Speights wrote that when Naomi married David Bragg in 1888, the bought the house and farm where she was still living in 1963. It is a pleasant tree shaded, double penned square logged house, and already old. Repairs and additions have been added to the original logs, which are still underneath
The Braggs were farmers, and also raised sheep, which he sheared and she spun into yarn, and then knit into sweaters, gloves and socks for her family. (Speights, Old Timers of Sabine County, p. 20).
