    Samuel Lee Donohoo, 54, of Hemphill, died Tuesday night. He was born in Houston, Texas, to James D. and Ann Marie Mancuso Donohoo. Sammy moved to Hemphill from Lufkin nine years ago. He owned and operated Sammy D's Remodeling and Building Contractor Service.

    Sammy is survived by his wife Teresa W. Donohoo of Hemphill, his sons; Samuel Morales of Pasadena, Billy Donahoo of Michigan, Jalen Donohoo of Groveton, Texas, his close extended family and longtime friend Tex Black of Burk, Texas. He was preceded in death by his parents and his brothers James and Frank Donohoo.

    Visitation will begin at 11:00AM, Saturday, Feb. 8, 2014, until funeral service time at 1:00PM in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Burial will follow in the New Hope Cemetery, Milam, Texas.
