He is survived by his wife, Wilma Bailey of Newton, 6 sons, Ray "P.A." and his wife, Hilda of Newton, Randy and wife, Gail of Pineland, Tx, Tony Alan and wife, Carolyn of Conway, Ark., Steve of Newton, James "Bubba" and wife, Theresa of Hamshire, Tx and George and wife, Mary of Newton, 5 daughters, Shirley Alexander of Newton, Monica Breann Russell and husband, Ricky od Nacogdoches, TX, Nina Bailey, Faith Bailey and Wendy Bailey all of Newton, 4 step-children, Leta Anderson of Newton, Regina Petri of Newton, Bobby McClelland of Portsmouth, Ohio and Aretha Bush of Dallas, brother, Huey "Bunkie" Bailey of Dam B, Tx, sister, Frances Hammaker of Newton, 34 grandchildren and 23 great grandchildren.

Visitation will be on Monday from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at Smith Funeral Home in Newton.
Funeral services will be on Tuesday, Nov. 13, 2012 at 10:00 am at Smith Funeral Home with burial to follow at Davis Cemetery in Beulah Springs in Jasper County.
