Mark Freeman has his date of birth as ca 1845, but this contradicts both the 1850 and 1860 census.

Could this be him at the time of the 1880 census? Note that this census information would support 1855 as his date of birth. This also might be the listing for his older brother, John, who was also said to be married to a woman named Nannie.
