In 1873 she married John Philip Walker, son of Philip and Sarah Elizabeth Walker. They were married in Guadalupe County, but soon moved to Luling (1874) so that John P could join his brother James K. Addie is buried near her uncle, Patrick Henry Walker, in Prairie Lea Public Cemetery. In the 1968 inventory of the cemetery there were four unmarked graves (listed as board markers) on one side of Addie and one unmarked grave on her other side. The markers are no longer visible.
