Obituaries
Leonard D. Harley
Leonard D. Harley, 51, of Hemphill died at 3:25 a.m. Wednesday, Feb. 4, 1996, at his residence on Texas 184.
Harley, a retired diesel mechanic, was a lifelong area resident. He was born July 19, 1944, in Sabine County as a son of Minnie McClelland Harley and the late William Alvin Harley.
Survivors: wife, Bonnie Lee Harley of Hemphill, mother Minnie Harley of Pineland; a daughter, Renee PARISH of Pineland; three sons, Stanley Harvey of Angleton, and Kelvin Harley and Brent Harley, both of Pineland; a sister, Elizabeth FORE of Pineland; and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services were hald at 11 a.m. Friday at Strickland Chapel Church of God in Sabine County with Bro. Vance R. Purtell and Bro. Tommy Long officiating. Interment was at Lott Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill.
