Notes:

In 1860, nine year old A. J. Roberts was living with his father, W P Roberts, and three of his cousins, sons of Talitha Roberts and James Stevenson, in Rusk County, Texas. A 1927 affidavit of another cousin, B. R. Payne, stated Albert was the only child of W.P., and that "Albert moved out about Lampasas and I understood his heirs were later somewhere near Brownwood. If living, he would be abut 76 or 77 years old."
