The Ancestry.com database "U.S., Headstone Applications for Military Veterans, 1925-1963" shows that a Frank McLemore, born 6 Aug 1921 and died 6 Aug 1944 was buried in the Crews Ceemtery in Sulligent, Alabama. This is NOT the same Frank McLemore, as the Frank McLemore who was a son of Travis and Annie of Lawrence, Alabama was listed as surviving his brother, Hansel McLemore, who died in 1982.
