William Thomas (W. T.) McLemore, 90, went to be with the Lord on Monday, December 17, 2012 at Hospice Ministries in Ridgeland, MS. Funeral Services are 12 Noon today, December 19, 2012 from the Chapel of Ott & Lee Funeral Home in Brandon. Visitation will also be today from 11 am until 12 Noon at the Funeral Home. Burial will follow at 3 pm in Magnolia Memory Gardens in Meridian, MS with Military Honors.
W. T. McLemore was born on January 21, 1922 in Meridian, MS to the late Lee Shackelford and Ruth Graham McLemore. He was a Veteran of World War II, having served in the U. S. Army. He then worked for 35 years with Commercial Credit, retiring as manager/district manager. He had been a resident of Rankin County, MS since 1987. He was a member of Brandon Baptist Church and was a Mason with the Hattiesburg, MS masonic lodge.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his wife, Mary Weeks Stanton McLemore; his brother, Lewis "Buddy" McLemore; and his sister, Dorothy Lee McLemore Moore.
Survivors include two sons, John McLemore and wife, Jenny and Don McLemore and wife, Paula all of Brandon, MS; and five grandchildren, Joshua McLemore, Hannah McLemore, Zachery McLemore, Joe Dineen, and Paige Dineen.
