Joseph Clayton Click, Jr., 84, of Geneva, Texas, died Friday night in the Nacogdoches Memorial Hospital. He was born in Geneva to Joseph Clayton and Thelma Genevra Horne Click. J.C. served in the U.S.Army and was a veteran of the Korean War. He retired as a truckdriver being an owner/operator. He was a member of the Geneva Baptist Church, life member of the V.F.W. post 10351, D.A.V. and 31st Infantry.
He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Ann Click of Geneva, his daughter Sandra Crowell of Nacogdoches, his sons; Tommy Click of Diana, TX, and Joey Click of Livingston, TX, six grandchildren and seven great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his daughter Beverly Harris and his granddaughter Sara Click.
Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 8:00PM, Sunday, March 3, 2013, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Funeral services will be at 2:00PM, Monday, March 4, 2013, in the Starr Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Myrtle Springs Cemetery in Geneva, Texas.

Hazel Ann Click Foley, 79, of Geneva, Texas went to be with her Lord on Sunday, Nov. 25, 2012.
She was born June 26, 1933, to Thelma Horn Click and J.C. Click Sr. in Sabine County where she lived the majority of her life. Hazel was a lady of many talents and professions, including beauty salon owner/operator, large apartment property management, hair color regional representative for Roux Color Company, and area supervisor for S.T.E.P. which was a state employment program for needy seniors and training to move them into public job placements. She loved everyone and prayed diligently for her family, friends and nation. She was a true prayer warrior and Bible scholar.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Corlis Q. Foley; her parents; two sisters, Maurine Click Jones and Lois Click Gandy Jewel; brother, John Robert Click; and adopted daughter, Martha Freeman.
Those left to honor her memory are daughter Sylvia Foley Toole and husband Ron of Conroe; son, Corlis Gale Foley of Godfrey, Ill.; brother, J.C. Click and wife Ann of Geneva; six grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews, cousins and numerous caring friends. The family would like to extend special thanks to all the employees of Lexington Place Care Facility in Nacogdoches. She loved them so much and they treated her like family. Also, Heart to Heart Hospice. They were so helpful in the transition from this life to her eternal life in heaven. These two organizations were truly angels on Earth for us.
Services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Nov. 29, 2012, at Starr Funeral Home Chapel, 510 Starr St., Hemphill. Visitation will be from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012, in the Starr Funeral Home. Graveside services will be at McMahon Chapel where she will rest with other family members who have gone home. Starr Funeral Home.

Beverly Jean HARRIS
Beverly Jean Harris, 48, of Geneva died at 8:20 am Sunday, Oct. 5, 2003 at Medical Center Hospital in Nacogdoches. Mrs. Harris, born April 4, 1955, had been a lifelong resident of Sabine County and was a teacher at Brookeland High School. She was a member of Geneva Baptist Church and Delta Kappa Gamma. Survivors: husband, Bobby Harris of Geneva; son, Michael Jason Harris of Geneva; daughter, Julia Elizabeth Nelson of Beckville, parents J.C. and Ann Click of Rosevine, grandparents, Orzo and Frances PRATT of Rosevine; brothers Tommy Click of Pineland and Joey Click of Livingston, a sister, Sandra CROWELL of Nacogdoches; and four grandchildren; Jessica, Kristen, and Joseph HARRIS and Cade NELSON. Funeral Services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. Eddie SMITH and Bro. Brad LANKFORD officiating. Sara Katlyn Click, 16, of Pineland died Friday March 16, 2007, in a traffic accident in Nacogdoches County. Miss Click was born Sept. 26, 1990, Nacogdoches County and had lived in Pineland for several years and was a member of First Baptist Church. She was a sophomore at Hemphill High School where she was a majorette in the Hornet Marching Band and participated in UIL activities. Survivors: parents, Tommy and Tanyia CLICK of Pineland, sisters, Emily CLICK and Anna CLICK, both of Pineland, and grandparents, J.C. and Ann CLICK of Geneva, James and Janice YOUNG of Gilmer and Henry and Helen ADAMS of Colorado Springs, Colorado. Funeral services are set for 11 a.m. today (Wednesday) at First Baptist Church Life Center in Pineland, with Bro. Don Falke, Bro. Ron Whittle, and Bro. Gordon Knight officiating. Interment will follow at Myrtle Springs Cemetery in Geneva. Services are under the direction of Starr Funeral Home Inc in Hemphill.
