At the time of his death, he lived in the Proctor St. Rest Home in Port Arthur. He was widowed, and shown as the owner of Youngbloods Tire and Storage.

Owen married Belva Lockwood Arnold about 1903. Belva (daughter of William Thomas Arnold, Sr. and Louisa Della Alford) was born in Sep 1884 in Sabine County, Texas; and died. [Group Sheet] [Family Chart]
