Trying to determine proof of Redden's parents and family of origin. She suspects him to be a son of Tobias McLemore of Sampson Couty. She also notes that several of his children moved on Colquitt Co, Georgia, and that Redden may have died there.

PETERSON...both of the County and State aforesaid...Redin McLEMORE for and in consideration of the Sum of Forty Seven dollars to me in hand...have sold ...unto him the Said Wm. D. PETERSON one certain tract of land on the West Side of Little Coharie and on the East side of the old negro Road bounded as follows Beginning at a Stake Rich. SMITH corner....to a Stake by Harman SMITH fence thence...by the old negro head road thence with the road....byt the side of the road Rich.
