  Notes	Arvilla Jensen Funeral services for Arvilla Jensen, 55, of 2010 Gaeth in Fremont were held Saturday afternoon at the Presbyterian Church, with Rev. John W. Swearingin officiating. Music was provided by Mrs. Ralph Diffey, organist,a nd Mrs. Joe Clement, soloist. Mrs. Jensen died June 23 at an Omaha hospital, a result of heart problems. She was born March 29, 1928, at Bartlett, the daughter of John R. and Lula (Lawrence) McMahan. She lived in Fremont and attended public school there, before moving to Lincoln where whe was employed by Lincoln Telephone and Telegraph. She married Merle D. Jensen, June 6, 1948 in Fremont and lived in North Bend after her marriage. She was employed at Omaha Public Power District and wrote a column for the North Bend Eagle. The couple moved to Fremont in 1968 and Mrs. Jensen was a secretary in the Fremont schools and later employed at Hinky Dinky. She was a member of the Presbyterian Church and the church circle. She is survived by her husband; two sons, Duane L. Jensen of Omaha and Dr. Daran L. Jensen of Wichita, Kansas; a daughter, Mrs. Daniel (Denise) Skeels of Lincoln; her father of Lincoln; a brother, Myron McMahan of Lincoln; a sister, Mrs. James (Fontella) Smiley of Lincoln; and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her mother and an infant daughter. Burial was at Woodland Cemetery at North Bend, with Doug Dale, Clayton Millie, Dan Dieckmann, LeRoy Olson, James Smiley and Darrel Brinkman serving as pallbearers. Memorials have been suggested to the Heart Fund.
