    • The Striffler-Benkelman Broadcast, Vol. 7, September 4, 1944, noted that Jack Gibbs, Jr. had been in service for two years and was with the Infantry in California. As of the publication of Volume 19 of the same periodical, in September, 1956, it was noted that Jackie Gibbs was building a new home at 439 Elmhurst, presumably in Cass City.
