  Notes	Mary Jane Schnirl, 83, of Fremont, NE, passed away Saturday, April 15, 2017, at Valhaven Care and Rehabilitation Center in Valley, NE. She was born September 28, 1933, in River Sioux, Iowa to Abraham and Edith (Grothe) Ritchison. She was a graduate of Cedar Bluffs High School in 1952 and received her LPN in 1962 at the Omaha School of Practical Nursing. Mary married Clayton Capron on June 5, 1953 in Fremont and they later divorced. She worked for the Fremont Area Medical Center and the former Annex in Fremont as a LPN from 1962 until retirement in 1984. She married Frank Schnirl on Novermber 21, 1981 in Fremont. Frank passed away March 11, 2009. Mary enjoyed gardening and loved camping with her grandchildren. Mary was survived by her son, Kevin (Kim) Capron of Fremont; daughter, Kim (Frank) Jirovsky of Cedar Bluffs, NE; step son, Jim Schnirl of Omaha, NE; step daughter, Lynda Schnirl of Stromsburg, NE. 6 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mary was preceded in death by her parents; husbands; infant brother, Ronald; sisters, Menota Spencer and Harvene Hull. Graveside service will be 11:00 AM, Monday, April 17, 2017, at Ridge Cemetery in Fremont. The Rev. Scott Jensen will officiate. Memorials may be directed to the family
