    • Hoy Joe Clark, 77, of Hemphill, died Sunday night in the Sabine County Hospital. He was born in Clarktown, TX, to Joseph and Mary Etta Dease Clark. Hoy Joe has lived in Sabine County all his life and worked in auto service stations.

      He is survived by his wife Sybil Clark of Hemphill, his son Joe Clark and his wife Glinda of Hemphill, his daughter Tammy Manasco and her husband Craeton of Many, LA, his brother-in-law Wayne Hall and his wife Betty of Fred, TX, his sister Pauline Trahan of DeRidder, LA, five grandchildren and five great grandchildren. Hoy was preceded in death by his sisters Ann Segura and Mae Ferall and his brother Austin "Mac" McElroy.

      Private services will be announced at a later date by the family.
