Posted by Ken Berner to GenForum in 2007:

I am seeking information on this man and wife who were parents of twin daughters, Martha (d. 10/3/1851) and Rebecca. These twins were born in Georgia on October 29, 1811 and married two McQueen brothers, John Jr. and Samuel of Lowndes County, Alabama. John McQueen Jr. and Martha McLemore were married on January 15, 1829. Samuel McQueen and Rebecca McLemore were married on December 23, 1830.

I would like to know more of James and Elizabeth Harper McLemore and would welcome information on Rebecca, as well.

I am a descendant of John and Martha McLemore McQueen Jr.
