Louise McDaniel Coussons
Louise McDaniel Coussons, 70, of Nacogdoches died Saturday, April 22, 2006, at Memorial Hospital in Nacogdoches.
Mrs. Coussons was born Dec. 1, 1935, in Sabine County and had formerly lived in Johnson City before moving to Nacogdoches eight years ago. She was a member of Old North Church in Nacogdoches and was a retired school secretary and legal secretary. Survivors: her husband of 51 years, Sammy Coussons of Nacogdoches, Son, John Coussons and wife Sheila of Chickasha, Oklahoma; daughter, Beth MOCK and husband Cliff of Alvin; brothers, Clifton McDANIEL and R.L. McDANIEL and wife Bonnie, all of Hemphill, sisters, Merlene DAVIDSON and Ollie Faye SPARKS, both of Hemphill; grandchildren, Wade, Jana, and Haley MOCK, and Jeremiah, Karissa, and Josh HAVINS; and sisters-in-law, Peggy DUKE, Freddye KELLY, and Loraine COUSSONS. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. Buddy Pratt officiating. Interment was an Yellowpine Cemetery, Yellowpine. Services were under the direction of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill.
