  Notes	Sabine County Reporter August 10, 2005 Inez Smith Kelley Inez Smith Kelley, 99, of Beaumont died Friday, Aug. 5, 2005. She was born March 17, 1906, in the Yellowpine community of Sabine County as a daughter of the late Martha Estella IMPSON and John Wesley SMITH. Mrs. Kelley was a longtime resident of Jefferson County and an active member of North End Baptist Church. Survivors: her sons, William Cary and Stanton Troy KELLEY, both of Beaumont; daughter, Margie Marie Worthy CHRISTOPHER of Lumberton; one sister, Hattie Essie MEANS of Freeport; six grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; three step-grandchildren; and nine step-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Valentine Stanton KELLEY; a son, Charles Henry KELLEY; a grandson, Roy Gen KELLEY; brothers Amon SMITH, Cary SMITH, Troy SMITH, and Clyde SMITH; and a sister, Irene Elizabeth ROBERTS. Funeral services were held at 2 p.m. Monday at the Claybar/Kelley-Watkins Chapel with Dr. Robert Miller, pastor of the North End Baptist Church, officiating. Intement followed at Forest Lawn Memorial Cemetery in Beaumont. Arrangements were handled by Claybar/Kelley-Watkins Funeral Home in Beaumont.
