      Mrs. Lucy Augusta Fullen
      Mrs. Lucy Augusta Fullen, of Galveston, died in Galveston.
      Services will be 9 a.m. Wednesday in Richland Cemetery. Officiating will be Russell Bankes. Corley Funeral Home is in charge of local arrangements.
      Her husband, Opie Harold Fullen, preceded her in death Jan. 8, 1976.
      She is survived by two sons, Bobby Fullen and Bill Fullen, both of Galveston; one daughter, Mrs. Joe Kiff of Texas City; a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren; and one brother, Eugene Mayo.
