  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter February 25, 1998, Page 12 William Ira Clark William Ira Clark, 93, of Hemphill died Wednesday, Feb. 18, 1998, at Twin Lakes Care Center in San Augustine. Born Aug. 4, 1904, in Clarktown community as a son of the late Monroe and Bessie (Williams) Clark, he was a lifelong resident of the area and was a retired pipefitter for Local #395. Clark was a member of East Mayfield Baptist Church and Littleton Fowler Masonic Lodge #305. Survivors: wife, Lexie Clark of Hemphill; a son, Terrel Clark of Hemphill; daughters, Oweda Boyd of Nacogdoches and Caroline Womack of Hemphill; nine grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren; and one great-great granchild. Funeral services were held Feb. 21 at the chapel of Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill with Bro. Homer Williams, Bro. W. Clarence Howell, and Bro. W. P. Murchinson officiating. Interment followed at Fairmount Cemetery in Fairmount.
