    • She had an all-girl band that played for dances in the area. As an R.N. she served in various schools and the Veterans Hospital in Lincoln. (Milligan, p 212) After her retirement she was active in bowling. She died in 1976 at the home of her son in Davenport, Iowa. (Milligan, p 216).
