  Married: Marriage Information, as shown in the scan of the UNIONS page of the Fullen Family Bible, was shown as follows: James & Julia 1910 Tiffany Layman has more precise information regarding this marriage. She writes that their marriage record was filed on 7 Sept 1907 in Ashdown, Little River County, Arkansas, and that J.M FULLEN married Julia Bay Cooper on 5 Sept 1907. Ameth Carmicheal also shows them as the parents of an Otis Fullen, born circa 1911. Tiffany Layman, however, disagrees, writing on March 20, 2006 "I have found no proof of this, I believe he is J.M.'s nephew. He is listed in the bible but not in any census records. Nor do any other Fullens I have talked to know of his relationship to the Fullen family."
