  Married: Issue: Beulah and Emily. Beulah is a charter member of the Dallas Garden Club and Women's Club, and a member of the International Ikebana Society. She worked for A. Harris until she retired. For a time she worked with the Camp Fire Girls, and at present she is a well-known garden club lecturer, and an expert on Ikebana flower arrangements, which she studied in Japan. She helps with flower show exhibits at Texas State Fairs, table arrangements being a speciality, and is often a Judge of Arrangements at flower shows. (White and Toole, p 28).
