    Foy E. Wagstaff, 83, died Saturday, November 22, 1997, at Briarcliff Health Care Center in Tyler.

    Wagstaff, a former resident of Beaumont, was retired from Texas Rehabilitation Commission as a counselor.

    Survivors: son Mark Wagstaff of Van; brother Travis Wagstaff of Madisonville, Floyd Wagstaff of Tyler, and Robert H. Wagstaff of Bronson; sisters, Bonnie Myers of Lindale and Onita Hanna of Jacksonville; and two grandchildren.

    Funeral services were held November 24 at Isable Chapel. Interment followed at Isable Chapel Cemetery. Arrangements were handled by the Crawford A. Crim Funeral Home in Henderson.

Ten years earlier, he was in Shelby County, and listed as a farmer. Burt Wagstaff, a 73 year old widower born in Georgia, was listed as his father, and was living in his household as well.
