He is survived by his son Jerry Dickerson and wife Matilda of Pineland, his daughters: Vicky Armstrong and husband Sonny of Pineland, and Linda King and husband Tommy of Applebee, Texas, his sisters: Betty Pattillo of Leonard, Texas, and Barbara Williamson of Pineland, his 6 grandchildren, and 6 great grandchildren. Visitation will be from 5:00PM until 9:00PM, Saturday, February 13, 2016, in the Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr St., Hemphill, Texas. Funeral service will be at 2:00PM, Sunday, February 14, 2016, in the Bethel Chapel Church, in Pineland, Texas. Burial will follow in the Bethel Chapel Cemetery.
