  Notes	The Sabine County Reporter September 17, 1997, Page 12 Lucille Ball Lucille Iles Ball, 82, of Brookeland died Wednesday, Sept. 19, 1997, at St. Cabrini Hospital in Alexandria, Louisiana. She was born Feb. 13, 1915, in Sabine County as a daughter of the late Howell and Ira B. (Bennett) Iles and had lived in Brookeland several years. Mrs. Ball was a member of Brookeland Church of Christ and was a retired textile department manager for Rexall Drugs in Juneau, Alaska. Survivors: two sons, Jerry Ball and Jimmy Ball, both of Pineville, Louisiana; a sister, Inez ENER of Pineland; and a brother, William Howell Iles of Big Spring. Graveside rites were held at 1 p.m Friday at Brookeland Cemetery with Bro. W Clarence Howell officiating. Arrangementw were handled by Starr Funeral Home Inc. in Hemphill.
