It should be Feb. 26, 1888! This is based on 1900 census age of 12 and more importantly his WWI Draft Reg. Card. By the way, his parents were Joseph Rohla b. May 10, 1857 in Trtice, Bohemia and Anna Svoboda b. July 11, 1863 in Bonov, Moravia. They were married in Plattsmouth, Cass Co., NE May 6, 1882. Hope this is of use to you!"
