Gentry, James

James Edwin Gentry (a namesake of his grandfather) served in the U.S. Army in World War II in Europe. He continued his military service in the Army Reserve attaining the rank of Lt. Colonel. He founded Jim Gentry Lumber Company in November 1965, which he operated for 30 years before retiring in 1995.
