    Notes 
    • Anna was an excellent cook of Czech food, and loved music, enjoying and participating in the Bohemian plays held in the local Czech hall. It was her delight to raise flowers around her home and she loved singing the old Czech songs as she went about her work. She was a member of the Royal Neighbors from 1910 and a member of the local amateur theatrical circle fromthe time it organized.

      Anna had a sister Mary Sima Havlicek of Dillonburg, Ohio, along with sister Antonia Sima Lavova and brother Stanley Sima. (Milligan, p 198).
