  Notes	Alfred Donald McKellar, 90, of Warrenton, died Jan. 1, 1999, at his home. Mr. McKellar was born in Louisiana, where he earned a bachelor's degree in forestry at Louisiana State University. After moving to Georgia, he earned a master's degree at the University of Georgia. He moved to Virginia in 1943 and worked at the Tariff Commission and the Department of Commerce until 1971. He was the recipient of numerous awards, including the Department of Commerce Silver Medal and four Quality Performance awards. He was a member of the American Society of Foresters, Phi Kappa Phi, Alpha Zeta and Alpha Xi Sigma. His many interests include art, photography, travel and writing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Jacqueline Phelps McKellar. He is survived by two daughters, Judith McKellar of Warrenton and Ann M. Parker, and two grandchildren.
