    Funeral for VERA HAMMERS, 82, Lawton, will be at 1 p.m. Tuesday at First Free Will Baptist Church, Lawton, with the Rev. Myrl Kellett and the Rev. James T. Egan, officiating.
    Mrs. Hammers died Saturday, Nov. 22, 2003, in Lawton.
    Burial will be at Marlow Cemetery under direction of Callaway-Smith-Cobb Funeral Home, Marlow.
    She was born March 5, 1921, in Marlow, to Samuel and Lila Tysinger Haraway. She married Howard W. Hammers on Oct. 14, 1950, in Wichita Falls, Texas.
    Survivors include a daughter, Jodie Scott and her husband, Kirk; a granddaughter, Jennifer Scott; a grandson, Kelsey Scott; two foster daughters: Kathy Elam, and Christine Gullian and her husband James, all of Lawton; and nieces and nephews.
    Friends may call from 1 to 8:30 p.m. today and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Monday at the funeral home. Visitation will also be held at the church from 2 to 8:30 p.m. Monday and from 8:30 a.m. until funeral time on Tuesday.
