    Joyce Avonne Singletary

    Joyce Avonne Singletary, 77, of Erin died Thursday, July 29, 2004, at her residence. Mrs. Singletary enjoyed yardwork and gardening and was a member of the Erin Baptist Church. Survivors: her son, Robert Gerald Singletary of Kirbyville; and daughters, Joyce EHRLE of South Fork, Colorado, and Brenda JACOBS of Jasper; brothers, Lindsey DAY and Gayland WRIGHT. Funeral services were held August 1 at Forest Oaks Funeral Home chapel in Jasper with Bro. Henry SIMS officiating. Interment followed at Zion Hill Cemetery.
