Funeral services for Mrs. Laura Woodle, 84, of Many, will be held on Thursday, June 11, 2009 at 11:00 am at Pendleton Assembly of God Church in Many, LA with Rev. Daniel Davis officiating. Burial will follow in the Ft. Jessup Cemetery. Visitation will begin on Wednesday, June 10, 2009 at 5:00 pm at Warren Meadows Funeral Home in Many, LA.

Mrs. Laura Woodle was born on January 25, 1925 in Many, LA and passed away on June 8, 2009 in Many, LA. She was preceded in death by parents, John Wesley and Vessie Maxey; husband, Ruben Woodle; daughter, Patsy Havard; infant son, Donald Woodle; infant grandson, Eric Blayne Carter; and sister, Gladys Caldwell.

She is survived by her daughter, Vickie Lynn Rashal & husband Dwight of Anacoco, LA; Son-in-law, Sheldon Havard of Many, LA; Sister, Oleta Thornton of Shreveport, LA and Lola Walker of Shreveport, LA; Granddaughters, Shelly Gribbin, Rena Lewis and Stephanie Post; Great Grandchildren: Aaron Rashal, Tawni Post, Alycia Post, Miranda Lewis, Mahala Lewis, Lance Gribbin, Patten Gribbin; Great-great Grandchildren: Nevaeh and Jayden; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.

Pallbearers will be Jerry Woodle, Lloyd Woodle, Grover Woodle, Billy Gay Caldwell, Mark Gribbin, Lance Gribbin, Jonathan Lewis, and Julius Havard.
