    Paul Albert was born to Violet Adell (Ferguson) Rhodes and Buster Herschel Rhodes on November 21, 1944, in Kountze, Texsas. He served in the United States Navy and was employed as a Pipeline Worker having worked for Local Union 798. He was a member of the Rosevine United Pentecostal Church.

    Funeral Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, September 23, 2013, in the Wyman Roberts Memorial Chapel with Bro. Gordon Simmons officiating. Interment will be in the Rosevine Cemetery in Sabine County, Texas. Visitation will be Sunday evening from the hours of 5 pm to 8 pm at Wyman Roberts Funeral Home, 316 West Columbia Street, San Augustine, Texas. 75972.

    Those who are left to cherish his memory include: Son, Chris Rhodes of Etoile; Daughter; Paula Rhodes Kiing of Nacogdoches; Mother, Adell (Ferguson) Rhodes-Burch of Rosevine; Sisters, Linda Kay Loggins of Rosevine Community, and Beverly Sue Barlow of Broaddus; Brothers, James Rhodes of Vidor; Kenneth Earl Rhodes of Rosevine Community; Dennis Wayne Burch of Rosevine Community and Gilbert Dale Burch of Pineland; Sister-in-law, Linda Nell Rhodes of San Augustine; 4 grandchildren, along with numerous nieces and nephews.

    He is preceded in death by his father, Buster Hershel Rhodes; Step-father, Skeet Burch; and Brothers, Hershel Rhodes, Sr.; Tommy Rhodes and Tim Rhodes.
