    Fred E. Winebrenner, 97, 9 Stoneridge Dr., died Monday (Feb. 19, 1996) at the Norwood Nursing Center. Retired in 1982 from Kiwanis International after having been a field representative for 25 years. He started more than 600 Kiwanis clubs worldwide and more than 15,000 men joined during his 25 years. He was the owner of the former T. F. Winebrenner Farm Implement, Huntington. Born May 28, 1898, to Tilghman F. and Viola Fulton Winebrenner. Marriage was March 24, 1920, in Huntington, to the former Celia Cramer. She preceded him in death in July 1981. Survivors include two daughters, four grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.
