Visitation will be held Tuesday evening, August 22, 2017 from 5:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at Starr Funeral Home, 510 Starr Street, Hemphill, Texas.

Graveside services will be held at 9:00 a.m. Wednesday, August 23, 2017 in Springhill Cemetery with Bro. Floyd Wright officiating.

Cary (son of Cary Thomas Ferguson and Emma McCormick) was born on 19 Mar 1942 in Sabine County, Texas; died on 11 Sep 2021 in Nacogdoches, Nacogdoches County, Texas; was buried in Spring Hill Cemetery, Hemphill, Sabine County, Texas. Catina was born on May 31, 1966 in Munich, Germany to Cary Thomas (CT) Ferguson, Jr. and Shirley Thelma Clark Ferguson. She was a long time resident of Sabine County and had worked in the construction field as a welder. She attended Word of God Church in Pineland.

She is survived by her companion, Charles Payne of Hemphill; daughter, Kimberly Lynn Bragg of Hemphill; sister, Angela Kay McElroy of Madisonville; and seven grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, C. T. and Shirley Ferguson and son, Dustin Randall Ferguson.

Graveside services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, August 31, 2022 in Springhill Cemetery under the direction of Starr Funeral Home with Bro. Todd Parrish officiating.
