Qualls, being born in Whitney, Texas, and his usual occupation was.that of a carpenter in the construction industry. He was shown as married, and a resident of Dallas, living at 9227 Bluecrest. The informant was Mary E. Sims, his wife. He was buried at Laurel Land Cemetery, Cave-Smith were in charge of the arrangements.
