It is likely, but not proven, that he is the husband of Bertha and father of Helen, both living with his parents at the time of the 1920 Fillmore County Census. Helen was shown as widowed, so if Frank was her husband, he died ca 1908 to 1910, after the conception of his daughter but before the actual census.
