His Tennessee Death certificate indicates he was married, and engaged in clerical work, last employed by the Federal Reserve Bank. Informant was Mrs. W. C. Houston (his sister, Lizzie Minor McLemore Houston) also of Woodbury, Tennessee.

(Research):Not listed by MaryLynn Santa as a child of William and Annie, however, he was living in their household at the time of the 1870 census, and therefore assumed to be a child of theirs. This may be incorrect.
