Pleasant McLemore recalls, in a 1944 letter to John Wright McLemore in Altus, Oklahoma that "Bob had a son named after him....(who) became a driller for oil co. shortly after World War, was sent to South America...until last year...owns a farm in Muleshoe, TX."
