Notes:

FindAGrave shows him as a son of Thomas Jefferson Strong Sr. and Laura Bishop. However, he is not listed as one of their children in Benjamin Dwight's HISTORY OF THE STRONG FAMILY.

Thomas Jefferson Strong and Laura Bishop do appear to have a son his same age, shown on census records as Samuel vs. Lemuel. Additionally, Samuel/Lemuel is listed in the home of Thomas Jefferson Strong and Laura Bishop in 1850 and 1860, and a Samuel/Lemuel Strong was boarding in the Peck home in 1850, and living with wife Sarah and children Ralph, Harry and Mary in 1860. They may indeed be the same man, listed twice in error on the census, or twins, or different people entirely. It is possible that his parents gave the name of all their children to the enumerator in 1860, as their son Asa/Aspah is also listed with his parents and in a separate household with his wife in 1860.

Probably namesake daughter of first wife, but not known with certainty. May instead by a daughter born to Lucy, his second wife, as there is a gap in ages between her and her older siblings.

Notes:

Ralph was born in Lake County, and moved with his parents to nearby Cleveland prior to the 1870 census. At the time of the 1880 Federal census, he had left home, and was living with John Webb, who ran a Meat Market. Ralph drove a delivery wagon.

I was unable to locate him at the time of the 1900 census. He was still in Cleveland at the time of the 1910 census, however. Although he is listed as married, his wife and children are not present. He is living in a rooming home with several other single men. His son Harold was in the Navy. Son Harold was was listed on the 1910 census on the Military census, U.S. Navy, U.S.S. Conneticut, District 18, as STRONG, Harold J M W 18 Ohio Ohio Ohio.

Sometime before the 1920 census, Ralph returned with his family to Lake County. It appears that he and his wife seperated before 1930, and that Ralph moved to Virginia with son Harry.

However, Ralph eventually moved back to Ohio, living to the age of 88. His obituary appears below:

There was only one (1) HARRY STRONG, born between 1856 and 1860 in Ohio in the 1880 census index at www.familysearch.org, and that was 22 year old Harry Brightman Strong of Cleveland, son of Charles STRONG and Elizabeth ROE.

Harry Brightman Strong was still in Cleveland in 1900, but not other Harry Strong's were indexed. There was a Henry B. Strong of approximately the same age, but it is not known if this is the same individual.
