John Cramer emailed, in February 2012, that "Ralph Bernard Cramer was my grandfather. He moved to Cambridge City, Indiana where he married my grandmother, Maxine Niaomi Creager. They had two sons, John William and Neal Gilford. Ralph passed away in 1964, in Tucson Arizona, and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery."
