I presume her to be R. Strong born 1841 in Ohio. The birth year and birth location match. It appears she married a Mr. Willburn prior to the birth of her oldest listed child, John W., age 15. Her husband may have died sometime around or after the birth of her youngest child, Hiram age 5.
