Notes:

His Texas Death Certificate, viewable online at FamilySearch.org, Texs Deaths, 1890-1976, shows that he wsa the son of Martin Berryman and Charlotte Ludow (sic). His usual occupation was shown as a Foreman in the Furniture business, and that he his usual residence was at 5401 Stephanoe in Fort Worth, Texas, and that he was married. The informant was his wife, Mrs. Everett Berryman. By the date of death, "found" was shown in parentheses, and apparently an inquest was held to establish that he died of natural causes.
